Delivery and Assembly Cost
Delivery and Assembly is FREE for all purchases on sale.mason.com.sg.
Delivery Days and Time Slots:
We deliver everyday. Customers may choose delivery date at checkout, and between 2 time slots of 11 am to 6 pm, and 6 pm to 11 pm. Same day delivery may be available upon request. Kindly reach out to us via what’s app should you need same day delivery requirement.
Delivery Failures and Surcharges
All furniture except bed frames are delivered assembled. Please remember to ensure that all purchased furniture can enter the elevators and entry ways leading to your home, including access entering into your door. Should there be delivery failure due to unavailability of elevators or suitable entryways, the delivery would be deemed as a failure. For failed deliveries, customers may choose the out of 3 options.
- Our driver leaves the goods at the safest point nearest to your home, usually the ground floor. This results in no charge.
- We bring back the goods and opt for re-delivery. Goods will be delivered flat packed and assembled on delivery site. This would result in a $50 surcharge.
- We bring back the goods to provide you a refund less $50 for restocking.
